At Enercare, my role as Senior Manager of Digital Customer Experience involves blending digital marketing, design & development skills with a knack for creating user-friendly digital spaces.

Working together with teams from Marketing, IT, and call center, I've been focused on understanding what customers need and finding ways to meet those needs.

Some key accomplishments include leading the redevelopment of Enercare.ca, introducing new ways to test and improve, growing the digital marketing team, and providing product ownership over Enercare's customer portal.

I have a diverse skill set that combines digital marketing, design, development, and creating digital products. These skills help me not only in achieving great marketing results but also in being innovative in the way we create and improve our digital offerings.
